The Union has determined that, in accordance with the Collective Agreement Article 29-1.04, the Union is eligible to attend your meetings pertaining to the Employer’s Attendance Management Support Program, whether the meetings are disciplinary or not.

Should your DPM reach out to you to schedule a meeting, please reach out to your Base VP at cupe4070.ca/contact to arrange for Union Representation.

We are still reviewing the company’s new Attendance Management Support Program and subsequent policy grievances. We will communicate with the membership once updates become available.
