Dear Members,

As other jurisdiction roll back mandates for the public to wear facial coverings the Union is concerned that its members may see a rollback of protections on the job. While we will continue to fight for all protections to keep your workplace safe, we have developed a short survey to gauge how CUPE flight attendants feel about maintaining various forms of personal protective equipment. Participants of this survey will not be identified in any way, and data collated by this survey will be kept on CUPE surveys and only distributed in aggregate or de-identified form.

Note: CUPE 4070 has raised concerns with the spelling of the names of our 3 units in this survey. These errors are something we have addressed and hope is sorted BEFORE we take these types of surveys to our Members again.
