LFA MOA June 2023

Dear Members 

We are pleased to advise that a Memorandum of Agreement has been reached between the Company and Union to provide the LFA role with an increase to the stipend.  

The Company recognizes the importance of this qualification and after reviewing the qualification and in consultation with the Union, we reached an agreement that would increase the current stipend. Please see MOA here.  

The Company has also advised that the LFA role will be provided with enhanced training as well, and a posting will be up later this week.
