Tentative Agreement Ratification - Additional Document

Dear Members,

As you have seen earlier today the Tentative Agreement (TA) document, and Economic Highlights document were released via e-mail and are accessible on www.cupe4070.ca behind the Swoop Member Portal accessible at:

One document was not included inadvertently in the e-mail, and is also accessible on the Member Portal website: The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between WestJet AP, WestJet Encore Ltd. and Swoop Inc. This MOA is the document that provides for “Flow” for Swoop Members to WestJet mainline. Details are in the MOA.

The ratification vote will ask you to vote YES or NO to ratification as presented. This includes both the TA and the MOA, as presented.

If you have any questions regarding the MOA, the Roadshows will be the best avenue to get these questions answered, as well as the video segment on the MOA posted on the Swoop Member Portal.
