Dear WestJet Members,

Further to our email WS Seniority Bidding Support - April 9-11, 2022 sent on April 8, 2022, the Members of the SRC and CUPE 4070 Executive flagged several errors with the bidding software this morning. Some of the issues were:

• Specific Pairing on Date(s)

• Bidding using a specific city code

The reason for these errors was due to an upload of information to one of the interfaces that are used in the bidding process not being performed as a result of GDO's and vacation trades. The issues were resolved after the company manually went in and deleted the GDO's attached to vacation blocks that were no longer in a member's schedule because it was traded. The issues have now been resolved. As a result, the Union and the Company have agreed to extend the bidding window to 12:00MT on April 12, 2022.

There have also been issues with the videos the Company posted on SharePoint. The Union requested the video files and they have been linked below:
