WS YWG Base Bid MOA

Good day Members, 
 
CUPE and WestJet have signed an MOA for the opening of the WS YWG Base.  

As outlined in the MOA, the intention is to allow a one-time exception applied to existing parameters outlined in the Collective Agreement. This will provide as many members as possible the opportunity to participate in the initial YWG base bid. 

You can view the MOA here.  The anticipated effective date of awarded bids is October 2023 blocking month, aligning with the base opening.
