• Be responsible for ensuring that the provisions of the Collective Agreement, Human Rights, and Worker’s Compensation legislation, in matters of return to work and accommodation, are adhered to.

• Committee representatives shall answer to members when the latter raises questions regarding its field of activities.

• The committee shall inform the Board as soon as possible of any issues affecting its members.

• Prepare and present reports to the General Membership Meetings.

• Make recommendations necessary to the Board in order to advance the conditions of its field of activities.

• The committee shall consist of up to five (4) members:

WestJet - one (1) per base, elected by the base, WestJet Encore - one (1), elected by their membership.
