• Responsible for ensuring that the provisions of the Collective Agreement, in matters of scheduling and reserve, are adhered to.

• Committee representatives shall answer to members when the latter raises questions regarding its field of activities.

• Committee shall inform the Board as soon as possible of any issues affecting its members.

• Prepare and present reports to the General Membership Meetings.

• Make recommendations necessary to the Board in order to advance the conditions of its field of activities.

• This committee shall consist of five (5) members:

WestJet - one (1) each base, elected by the base, WestJet Encore - two (2), elected by the membership.
